Common Green Juice Choices:
1) Night shade (Manathakali
Leaves in Tamil) - (approx 5 - 10 Leaves Per Person)
2) Ash gourd/ bottle gourd - (approx 50 ml pulp diluted in 100 ml water - filtered using a white cloth)
3) Banana Stem - (approx 50 ml pulp diluted in 100 ml water - Filtered using a white cloth)
4) Vilvam Leaves - (approx 5- 10 Leaves Per Person)
Berumda Grass - (approx 5 Grasses Per Person)
Corriander -(approx 15 ml Extract Per Person)
All filtered and then consumed.
5)Tender Coconut
Checking the Consistency:
Green Juices are very subtler in taste and aroma, Please make sure it is not strong in taste - if it is then dilute it further.
When to Consume?
We consume it as the first meal of the day, We suggest you to follow the same.
How to Consume?
Consume it sip by sip, slowly, keeping it for sometime in the mouth. Usually we spend around 10-15 minutes to drink 150-200 ml of Green Juice.
My Observations:
Leaves, Vegetables used in Green Juices are edible without any processing, subtler in Taste & Texture. If you are planning to make new choices please make sure to use this idea as a Benchmark.
