The GIVER routine

Gratitude for my mother, having a child like joy ,getting ready coming out to have an ice cream with her grandson.  Thank you for being there... The path to health is path to being mentally strong, asking for help when you require it.  Being humble.  Being consistent. Ready to learn Ready to change your thoughts, Reading new self development books. Observing yourself.  I have a lot of gratitude for the wonderful teachers I have in my life ,spiritual and yogic. Spirituality is about accepting yourself as you are, loving yourself. Enhancing your self, being humble, being of help to others, being in comfort and in the space of love and joy with all your family members..  Being in gratitude for your job , your surroundings and for all the people around. Spirituality is about finding that one thing that you can help others completely free .. Having a lot of trust and faith in your Guru's.
